Binfield Singers is led by Michael Hawkins MA ARCO (Associate of the Royal College of Organists).
He was Organ Scholar at Trinity Hall Cambridge from 1967-1970, where he conducted the College Choir and was taught the organ by several organists, including Arthur Wills and Edward Higginbottom.
After 2 years as Organist and Choirmaster in Hinchley Wood, Esher Surrey Michael moved to a similar position in Binfield in 1972, where he remains Organist and Choirmaster. Michael has given Organ recitals in England, Sweden and USA.
He has sung in the Bracknell Choral Society and was a singer in the Binfield Singers for several years whilst working for British Airways. He took over the role of Conductor when he took (very) early retirement.

We are also delighted to benefit from the talents of Andrew McKenna an accomplished and internationally recognised composer and musician. Andrew has been providing unique original scores, orchestrations, arrangements and musical direction for a wide range of international clients throughout his career.
